The Bible Says:

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again
Luke 6:38

Welcome to Stitches Of Unconditional Love!
(A ministry of Bonnerdale Seventh-day Adventist Church and surrounding communities)

Stitches Of Unconditional Love (SOUL) is a group of men and women who volunteer their time and talents to make quilts and Bags of Love for children who have been removed from their homes because of violence or drug use by their parents. Presently, we supply DHS in 9 Arkansas counties with these Bags of Love which they distribute to the children when they take them out of their homes. We meet every Monday at the SOUL building (the small building in front of the Seventh-day Adventist Church), in Bonnerdale, Arkansas, west of Hot Springs, (709 Adventist Church Rd.)  See Map and Directions under contact us.

From Hot Springs to Glenwood, on Hwy 70 in Bonnerdale, turn left on Cross Roads/Sugar Loaf Rd. Go 1 mile and turn right on Adventist Church Rd.  (Watch for large church sign on the left on Hwy 70).  From Bismarck to Amity on Hwy 84, go about 14 miles from Hwy 7 (watch for small church sign on the left on Hwy 84), turn right on Deer Park Rd, go 2.6 miles and turn left on Adventist Church Rd.

You do not have to know how to quilt. Among other jobs, we need people to wash and iron fabric, cut quilt squares, design quilts, and tie quilts (most quilts are hand tied).  We have lots of time to socialize while we're working and at lunch and we would like this to be a social time for us all in the community. You do not have to stay any particular length of time.  Just come for lunch or whenever you want to, and stay as long as you like.

HOW YOU CAN HELP!
▫ Volunteer to prepare, sew and tie quilts and Bags of Love
▫ Donate fabric for quilts and bags.
▫ Donate new toys or stuffed animals or personal items.
▫ Donate money via Paypal

  All donations are tax deductible

Beside quilts for children, we are now making some larger sized quilts for adults who are homebound or incapacitated or just needing a lift in spirit. If you know of someone who would like to receive a quilt, or if you would be blessed by giving a quilt to someone special or for a particular occasion, Contact Us
